T.I.C.K. Operative Pack

Villains usually have their own set of rules that they typically follow; however, T.I.C.K. operatives have discovered that some of the heroes have discovered this. So, why not play a little more unpredictably? Why not quickly seek out what you need before your opponent has time to react... or better yet, act and react to your opponent's strategies in a way that they start thinking you are reading their mind?
